While jogging with Luke in Victoria By the Bay, we came across a cat which we thought was sleeping. It was actually dying. We tried calling Animal Control, and other animal care facilities, but none would answer or come. We felt really horrible, but we had to go. While jogging back home, we saw a little girl across the street putting up signs that said, “Missing Kitten.” We went over to her, and described the cat we saw. She said it was hers, and we told her where it was and it’s condition. She looked really sad, and started up the street with her brother. I hope it’s okay 😥💔🐱 (Taken with Instagram)

Omg, if I saw this, first thing I would’ve done is pick it up, put it in my car, and take it to the vet.
